Since February 2026, Nikkiso Medical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has been driving the ONE NIKKISO initiative to build a strong organizational culture and unite all employees under the company’s core values.
This journey began with brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops among the management team to define organizational values that reflect the company’s identity, goals, and shared ways of working. These values serve as guiding principles for all employees. A series of training sessions and internal communication activities was subsequently conducted to foster understanding and reinforce the importance of these values across every level of the organization.
Over the past several months, employees from all departments have participated in a wide variety of activities, including team-building programs, interdepartmental relationship-building activities, singing competitions, and dance performances. These activities provided everyone with opportunities to showcase their talents, creativity, and the power of collaboration.
Beyond creating enjoyment and memorable experiences, the activities also provided valuable spaces for learning, exchanging ideas, and strengthening connections among colleagues.
The first half of the initiative concluded on a high note with the “ONE NIKKISO Team Building & Outing 2026,” held from June 5–7, 2026. This event marked another important milestone, reflecting the cooperation, unity, and commitment of all employees as they moved forward toward a shared goal.
However, these activities represent only the beginning of our journey toward building a sustainable organizational culture. The ONE NIKKISO initiative will continue to move forward, encouraging the company’s core values to become an integral part of every employee’s mindset, working practices, and daily behavior.
We firmly believe that when everyone within the organization shares the same goals, embraces the same values, and moves forward in the same direction, the power of ONE NIKKISO will serve as a strong foundation for business leadership, stable growth, and sustainable success.
