On July 2, 2025, a subsidiary under the Rojanas Group organized the first session of the employee competency development program titled “Achieving Goals with KSAC – Batch 1.” The training aimed to promote a deep understanding of how to apply the KSAC framework (Knowledge, Skill, Attitude, and Character) in alignment with KPI-driven management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
The session was honored by the presence of Mr. Krit Rojanasena, Chairman of the Rojanas Group, as a special guest speaker, and featured Dr. Arporn Phoowitayapan, Director of the Human Resource Research and Development Institute at Thai Skill Plus Co., Ltd., as the lead trainer, who delivered expert insights and hands-on knowledge.
